By calling the Rate My Service number, 1-888-898-HOOT (4668), consumers can leave feedback, called a “Hoot”, on any business at any time. We keep all feedback confidential, deliver it directly to the business owner and provide an anonymous channel for consumer and business owner to exchange additional information.
The Hoot Ratings Platinum Program is a premium service taking the Rate My Service program to the next level.
The Platinum Program delivers additional services to business owners to maximize the value of customer feedback. Owners receive all the value of the Rate My Service program, plus monthly reporting, marketing materials, best practices and unlimited Hoots delivered directly via email. Owners are also invited to join the Platinum Partner Forum (PPF), our members-only portal, where business owners and industry experts can confidentially share strategies for optimizing the customer service experience. The Hoot Ratings Platinum Program provides peace of mind that there is a system in place to immediately identify customer-related problems and make sure a business is operating effectively.
